We identified about 20 items in need of warranty work following purchase of our house in Georgia. These included poor drainage/ponded water in the back yard causing flooding onto adjacent properties; driveway grading not constructed according to approved plans; numerous painting, window trim, tile, cabinet and drywall deficiencies. In addition, the wrong windows were installed initially. While being replaced, the window crew damaged ceilings, window trim and baseboards, which have not been repaired.

We scheduled a time for warranty repair more than a month ahead of the repair date. The scheduled date was acknowledged by Century Communities in writing. The trim repair workers did not show up, which meant the work scheduled by the tile contractor and painter could not be completed. A representative of Century Communities did arrive, but could provide no explanation regarding scheduling problems.

Strongly recommend against dealing with this house builder

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of poor quality workmanship and customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss damaged or defective of century communities house construction and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1. Century Communities needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
